We built out a solution to fit the specific needs of our customer – no additional bloat.

We coordinated User Acceptance Testing prior to the release of the tool. LTS implemented Spot Quoting to facilitate shipments on lanes with no contracts. The system displayed a Kanban Board of shipments through all shipment statuses: submitted, spot quotes, tender, and delivery.

This streamlined how the shipment requests were fed in from the nuclear customer.
