Problem Statement: Our customer needed the ability to scan and validate inventory against packing lists for their 350K+ square foot warehouse.

They were receiving upwards of 15 trucks a day of material and needed the system to be efficient and easy to use. Along with the software, our customer needed hardware such as Bluetooth Scanners and Climate Monitoring devices to keep control of the warehouse operations.

We built a unique inventory management system that allowed an upload of packing lists for inbound materials.

We also tied together the “breadcrumbs” of all their materials in their WMS from Vessel -> Container -> Pallet, for easy data analysis and research.

We provided Bluetooth Scanners and Tablets to create a more efficient inbound operation.

We provided Climate Monitoring Devices throughout the warehouse with system alerts if the temperature or humidity deviated from the required levels.
