Problem Statement – Our customer needed a Materials Management System for Receiving and Inventory Control during installation.
LTS built a system to handle the inbound process for the customer and coordinated on to create tailored PDF reports that were needed. Our system displayed a live dashboard of inventory levels and completion to initial plan of receiving. It also showed a map of the yard with exact locations of inventory that was needed.
We managed the handoff of materials to Site Contractors as needed for Installation and Control of Inventory Levels. LTS also provided digital receipts for all material handed off to site contractors. We deployed our solution across 3 large substations.
